satisfaction, experience and network performance is the key to designing and
running networks to drive loyalties. In this real-world market, we know well as
well that successfully attracting and retaining customers depends on providing
a superior customer experience.
A customer satisfaction survey carried out by third party survey service shows
that, after our ongoing efforts on the technology, service and customer
experience improvements, the infrastructures built with our technologies
received high satisfaction from the end users of the networks, especially
during the COVID pandemic times.
Key findings:
- The survey found the two most critical
factors to customer satisfaction were: uninterrupted video streams
and webpage download speed.
- The survey shows the end-users are satisfied with their experiences of video
streaming, 7.5 out of 10 are satisfied with the network infrastructure
built with our solutions/technologies.
- Network improvements resulted in a 12.6 percentage point increase in
willingness to refer the network to others.
